Minor change to the SNES database

Any chance we can get a database administrator to do the following.

  1. Remove Nightmare Busters from the Licensed group, move to Reproduction / Homebrew

  2. Remove Box rarity from Super Mario All-Stars + World and mark as Does Not Exist

  3. Remove Box & Manual rarity from StarFox Super Weekend Cartridge and mark as Does Not Exist

  4. Remove Manual rarity from Donkey Kong Country Competition Edition and mark as Does Not Exist

  5. Remove double of Donkey Kong Country Competition Cartridge

  6. Remove Super Bomberman Party Pak separate pack in from database

  7. Add MACS Basic Rifle Marksmanship Program to Unlicensed titles

  8. Add MACS Moving Target Simulator to Unlicensed titles

  9. Add MACS Multipurpose Arcade Simulator to Unlicensed titles

  10. Add Test category to the database

  11. Add Burn In / Test Cartridge to Test database

  12. Add NTF 2.5 Test Cartridge to Test database

  13. Add Super Scope Test Cartridge to Test database

  14. Add Rarity to International Superstar Soccer of 8-8-8

  15. Add Rarity to International Superstar Soccer Deluxe of 8-8-8
