SNES Controller to Genesis

I'm new here so 'Hello World!*
I'm interested in developing an adapter for a SNES Controller to work on a genesis. I built once an SNES to USB adapter and there you can find guides in the internet, but nothing for a snes to genesis adapter.
Has anyone tried this yet? Or is there a guide for that?
And I know... for the idea I come to hell...so I hope it's not the PSX Hell...

Not for a SNES controller, but uses a PSX controller, which might be better over all. There's also an adapter by Alston called the Megaverter which is just like that device in that link, but for a SNES controller.
