how do i erase a 29f032 while on a tsop adapter III

title says it all. i have a tsop III adapter and i messed up while programing it. now to my knolege the 29f032 is electronicly erasable. I was reading the data shee pdf for the 29f032 and it shows that the pin for easing pin 36 witch is ry/by# is actualy not electronicly conected to any pin on the tsop. does this mean that the adapters cant erase them?

They can erase, I use to do it all the time. Should be able to just click the erase button.
