Attachment filename conflict
I tried attaching a couple images to a post. I uploaded the files as faria1.jpg and faria2.jpg. The files uploaded ok but the images would not show. If I edit the post and pull up the attachment window, the 'newly uploaded' files are doubled up.
I'm guessing it has to do with an attachment image existing with those filenames already (not mine)

I deleted my images, renamed them locally and reuploaded them and everything is fine now.
