Easiest way to backup NES game saves

Is there an easy way to backup your old NES game saves? I keep loosing my saves even after battery changes, I even hold in reset while I turn off the game!!! Anyways, I know RetroUSB has a board you can solder into your NES but I was wondering if there were any devices that you simply insert into the game slot with a game , Game Genie style.
