Help Changing SNES Cart Pinout

My apologies first off if this information is out there and I have easily missed it. I have been only researching SNES reproduction carts for about a week. Essentially I believe I have a firm grasp now, how ever I order some flash eeproms to hopefully make creating my first carts relatively simple. I also order x2 27c322 100ns eproms to try out.

Now my question is with the two types of boards I have SHVC-1 JEM-20 and SHVC-1 JEM-11 and the two 27c322 eproms, how do I solder and rewire it to either board so the pinout is correct. I've seen some diagrams on romlab but they are confusing me.

Yes I've visited romlab I'm not sure exactly what the 245 #1 245 #2 and the 139 blocks are supposed to symbolize in that diagram however as it does not specify what PCB cart it may be
