Help w\ Tales of Phantasia eng dub patch

I've tried patching Tlaes of Phantasia with the english dub patch but can't get it to run on my SNES Powerpak. Has anyone gotten it to work on real hardware or is this an emulator only thing?

did you do any searching? Google gave multiple results , a lot were from here. Did you download the mappers?

It's a large rom, but a good copy will. Does your rom run in a PC emulator like ZSNES?

The english text patch works flawlessly but the audio translation is what I'm having problems with. The patch is here http://www.romhacking.net/translations/474/ . I know the rom needs to be interleaved but it just black screens on real hardware.
