Well Dain, Wizard, EVERYONE... looks like this is a big screw job handed down by Hounder... I really hate to be posting this cause I didn't want to believe it but I did what you said Dain to get the contact info for "vintagegamingstore" (the guy with the Muscle box) and here's what I got:

Notice he pulled the SE manual auction? he was selling a factory sealed dusty diamons for a while too??? any idea what that went for and if it he ripped someone off?? either way this is all screwed up?
He sold the dusty Diamonds but it only sold for $36 dollars I believe... If you check out his feedback, people have already left negatives and you can see what games they bought...

Would be interesting to call the deepsouthcreations ph # and see if they know a david pendergast. I kind of have a hunch it might be his mom's business or where his mom works.

they are fairly hard to come by. not impossible, but rarely would you see two copies this close together, which is why I mention it....

I will let you know that I do have one picture of the game but it is not mine but the one we received from the person we bought it from. If that will suffice until we get it in, let me know and I will send it to you. Also, give me a few days to get that list to you as I have to go through some items. Thanks!

Plus i found it odd that he said hes gonna use the pic they sent him to show me what it looks like until he gets it, and the pic is linked to his photobucket account?? Anyways LOL i cannot believe he is just lieing to me straight up. He might not know its me though because i recently changed my ebay name from parpunk to galaxyvideogamesstore, but Man i freakin talked to this guy for like 2 hours about NES Stuff on AIM a few months ago. All i know is hes gonna have to do better than this to slip one by us Nintendoagers lol. :-)
More than money, something has to be wrong. David was a man of principal and something must be bad wrong for this to have happened. This makes me so sad..
I just sent him a lengthy email via ebay, lets see if he will respond or not. Dain, keep a check on the IP addy's to see if he stumbles back to the site.
Also (sorry to triple post gentlemen) someone needs to spread the word on the other forums so everyone knows about this and doesn't get scammed. It is already at NESworld and here, I will spread the word over at NESforums. Will someone post at RF and DP please.
I'll post something on DP later today. I'll have to re-read all the evidence against him so I completely understand it (Its confusing me) to make a good enough argument. (Unless someone wants to sum it up for me )
I retracted my bid on the Muscle box.... currently there are no bids on any of the items for sale. Hopefully people are reading this thread around the net even if they don't comment!
