Megaman - The Wily Wars - need info

Hey guys can you school me on what version of Megaman The Wily Wars I should get ? I'm not familiar with it since it wasn't released in the US . 



I wanna play an english version , so what cart do I get on ebay ? Whats a good price and whats the deal its 50hz ? Does that mean it runs slower on a US Genesis ? Is there a good US repro available ?

    plenty of good repros available, especially if you just want to play it. You should be able to get cart only in the 30 range

    Just ask some of our local repro guys. You aren't going to get it for $30 unless it's cart only I'm sure. I would only buy from those around here as it's a lot easier to trust people.

    I have a nice repo cart, with a box and stuff that i got for 50 down at MAGFest back in January. Runs really nice on my Genesis, so i'd agree and just go down the repo route.

    The box should be cheap, no? It is just an insert inside the standard Genesis case.



    If you do get a box make sure you get the correct artwork. Too many of them have the wrong image.

    I assume you mean a repro that uses the US artwork, but i mean its hard to be "wrong" considering it was never released here

    True but neither the box nor the ROM were released. So you could say the same thing about the game data on the cartridge. Should any program suffice for the reproduction or would you want the game which would have been released?



    If the idea is to preseve history then both should be as accurate as possible whenever possible.

    Most games are written expecting 60hz.

    Carts may not change the console's internal speed (import adapters are entirely different in concept from region mods).

    Do people make repros that have an authentic looking manual and such? I'd love to get ahold of a 'complete' set.

    I've got a great looking manual, but (and it's a big but) the pages were bound in the wrong order and some were upside down even.... It came in a lot that I bought awhile back. All I need to do is remove the staples and either scan and reprint, or try and piece the damn thing together properly.



    For the case, I found some Wily Wars cover art and printed it out to go with a UGC
