Console accesories/peripherals database?

I was thinking that, unless there is one and I just could not find it, it would be pretty helpful to have a database of all fo the accesories and peripherals, controllers, etc. that pertain to the consoles that the site features game databases of. Any possibility of that? Just curious. Thanks!

That'd be a cool idea, but it might get a bit too convoluted with all the 3rd party controller's and stuff.

Ah, yeah, that is a good point. I'm only really familiar with NES and, to a degree, SNES stuff along the lines of what I mentioned, so I have no idea about third-party items. I can only imagine it's out of control, haha. If that is the case, does anyone know of a site that does archive such things?
