    it probably won't be finished. i think it's been in that state for quite a while.



    digitpress and rarityguide are your best bets.

    Rarityguide isn't a good gauge of rarity, it's a good gauge of desirability though.

    The best way to gauge what's 'rare' is to watch things yourself over time. Sometimes you just gotta pay your dues cuz it's not gonna be handed to you. Welcome to Sega collecting, I guess, where the territory is still pretty uncharted.

    As long as you really do know what you're doing and don't get rarity mixed with hype and demand.
