EDIT: Does anybody have zelda sticker from N64 Magazine?

My zelda console sticker (LOOKS LIKE THIS) is shattered completely and now I have only two small pieces left. So if someone have not used sticker can you scan a copy of it? It would be big help to me and i would appreciate that. So any comments and pictures is welcome Thanks!

EDIT2: In the second answer I found out that the zelda sticker MIGHT BE from N64 Magazine issue 21.



UPDATE (2/3/2016) : A new picture what I found from Google. Now it's confirmed that it's from N64 Magazine issue 21. (This is pretty old post but I wanted correct stuff if someone is interested too.)

    I found out that this might be from Nintendo 64 Magazine (logo in the sticker what I found last night ). I searched that and found out that sticker comes in N64 Magazine issue 21 (suprise suprise). So if anybody have the sticker from that magazine i would be happy to get scanned/picture version of it. Thaaaanks!

    N64 magazine was published in the UK, tried finding a scan but there was no.mention of sticker being included.

    I tried too to find it but nothing haven't found. Well one thing is sure: it's from n64 magazine. So searching continues...
