  • I thought that the Urban Champion was resealed from the first pictures, but shut it up because I wasn't sure. Too bad it was resealed, the difference between a $200 game and a 4 figures game, but at $5, that's a solid deal nonetheless.

I have a factory sealed Chiller in my hand that looks quite similar to yours. Does the bottom has the same seam line?
  • Sexy chiller man! I'd buy a sealed Chiller for 50 in a heartbeat, that's like the price I got my loose copy for

This Chiller doesn't look like yours

His has seams on the sides of the box (that shouldn't be there) and looks like no overlap seam on the back.

That implys that this death race on ebay is then a reseal as there is not overlap on the back: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-NES-Death-Race-New-NIB-Factory-Sealed-Unlicensed-Excellent-RARE-/300999573995?pt=Video_Games_Games&hash=item4614f901eb

OR that AGCI had no standard for sealing their games, which for a company of there size is highly likely to have done..

In any event, I wont be opening this one, and it is for sale. My main focus is cib gameboy at the moment, so the sale of this copy of chiller will fund future gameboy purchases. I will also not be making the claim that it is factory sealed until I see other copies with a like seal.

Did you look at those pics?

That Death Race has a sticker unique to the game on the outisde of the wrap and those big "vent holes".

All the sealed copies of Chiller I have ever seen/owned have always been sealed with a Majesco looking overalp on the back, and they sell all the time so there are plenty of copies to compare.

Yes I did look at the pictures, my point is that the race days seal is different from the chiller and is made by the same company, showing non uniformity by AGCI. Also, I was able to dig and find another chiller with the same seal as mine:

    http://www.8bitnes.com/chiller-nintendo-1986-factory-sealed-nes-rare-new-nib/

(No overlapping seal on the back, and a thin hairline seam on the left side of the box, where as the one on ebay has none on that side of the box)
