Thoughts on a Sega Genesis Display Case Thread ?

I have been toying with the idea of making a Sega Display Case thread with information on the different display cases out there, locations, sale/purchase price.  Minor Variations, etc.



I know there are a few memebers of Sega Age and Nintendo Age that have some, and I have also been tracking the ebay market for around a year.



Would something like this be helpful ? 



Would you guys like to see it ?



My intentions are not for it to be boasting, or anything like that, but a collection of data on the units. 



My experience is primariy with the black display cases with Sega on the glass doors.

    Documenting Sega history, lore, and products is always part of the SA mission. I say go for it. Sadly, I can't contribute much, but I'm sure others in the community have some display cases they can add pictures of.

    I agree, I thought of display cases many times over the years.

    Go for it. I would like to see what's out there. Found one about an hour and a half away from my parents place, but the guy wanted enough to buy an x-box one for it not including the cost to pick the item up.
