shipping time
Im really starting to get ticked off at the slowness Im receiving my ebay auctions. If the package is mailed in the US it should only take 5 or 6 days top to receive the item. If its within a state or 2 it shouldnt be longer than a day. I wouldnt mind if the seller states in the auction they only ship on certian days but when they let the package sit around for a week then mail it ticks me off.

I have had a few problems with this lately as well, but I also live in Alaska so it usually takes a little longer.
So I'm not buying anything else from them ever again, just take your money and forget what they've taken it for.
Try living in Canada... Haven't seen ANY non-priority packages get here in less than 3 weeks... Haven't seen the package Ross sent out at the start of July... Haven't seen a package Erik sent mid July... Waiting on a couple other eBay items as well...
I was just going to send you a message about that. I can't believe you still haven't gotten that yet. Let me know when you do.

I'm sure it's on its way... Canada Post sucks... If it's not sent priority I don't even worry until a month to 5 weeks has passed.
And as far as Games_Palace... I agree, I don't think I will ever buy from them again either, very slow, and item quality has sucked on the couple things I bought from them.
Yeah it is crappy... all 3 of the packages I've sent Batty Priority got there in 5-10 days but his birthday present package is long overdue... guess that means you probably don't deserve it anyways Chris... LOL!!
Worst birthday ever! I can't compete with Aerosmith coming to town, and all my friends ditched me! I was hoping to hell that package got here to see what kind of goodies the wife got me... but alas... that was two weeks ago!
The worst part about these things is if I post negative feedback they will hose mine.
So that you guys don't feel alone ... in the past few months I had to file 2 different Paypal claims on two different people who thought it was a "GOOD IDEA" not to ship the item until they would be punished "FINANCIALLY" for not doing so.

The worst part about these things is if I post negative feedback they will hose mine.
Also, that only gets the *honest* buyers from backing off a claim, dishonest ones can still maintain the claim on the grounds that the item was not shipped in a timely fashion. I don't know if the policy has changed, but there used to be a 7-day window, after which even if they produce proof of shipment, the proof cannot be used. Even though by Paypal contract I guess they're entitled to their money back, they shouldn't get to keep the merchandise too.
Happened to me once, I sold a big lot of Magic cards to someone, they claimed nonreceipt, so we shipped another with D.C. (before we started confirming standard with every order) and submitted the D.C. as proof we sent another out...Paypal refused it, so we were out TWO big boxes of Magic cards, and the money they spent, and the shipping costs for both.
C'est la Paypal.

Coming up on 6 or 7 weeks... no package from Ross.... Coming up on a solid 5 weeks.... no package from Erik... damn I hate Canada Post... Yet everything that I've ordered since has come through... including another package from Erik...
That`s weird,I also live in Canada and I always get my stuff within the 5-10 business days.
I usually check when it was shipped and I often get my stuff after 4-5 days.
I think it makes a big difference if it get`s held up at customs wich is why I always ask the sender to put the value at 15$.
Maybe it's time I seduce the mailman...
