Sega CD Demo Discs

I've seen mention before of Mega CD Demos that came in magazines and I have seen Sega Saturn demo discs, but does anyone know of any Sega CD demo discs that were either for kiosk discs or from any magazines?  The only small bit of info I can find is aDragon's Lair article that mentioned a Sega CD Demo for the game, but there was no picture.  



I also have a beta for LoadStar that is basically just a demo of the first level, but it seems more an early item given to a media outlet or an item that was used at a trade show.  



Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
