Shadow Man 64 factory sealed NIB, pics galore, nice shape

Up for sale is a sealed copy of Shadow Man. I bought it "new" awhile ago on eBay, and then when I saw it again recently I questioned its authenticity due to lack of expected seams. A thread on the subject was inconclusive. So it's up to you decide. If you think it's factory sealed, bid appropriately. If not, treat it as a nice CIB, and everyone's happy. Confirmed legit in first post below
Overall condition is very good, although I do see a pressure crease on the top edge toward the back center that goes a few inches or so and some other wear on/near several corners. The side flaps where it would open are in great condition.
