I'm leaving for a bit

So I'm heading off to Spain today. My flight is around 9pm, so I still have most of the day to hang around/get ready/stuff. But I thought I would let everybody know that I'll be away for a bit, and if you don't hear from me (via pm or just on the forums) it is because I haven't gotten internet access over there.
I'll have access to a laptop (my dad is bringing his), but we're not sure how many of the places that we are staying at will have access to the 'net.

We leave tonight, fly into Frankfurt (Germany), which arrives at 11am tomorrow (ugh). Then we catch our connecting flight to Barcelona, Spain. Spend a couple days in Barcelona, then head to Rome for a few days, then back to Barcelona for 2 more days. Then we have one night in Munich. I get back on the 23rd.

That also means that I won't be hear for my birthday! My birthday is on the 19th. I'll be in Rome on that day. Have fun without me!!!

    Spain is the far best country I have visited for finding old gaming stuff, NES and SNES in perticulat. Even found boxed 4-in-1 pirate snes cart that change game every time you push reset. Ive found lot's of nes games there, that I had before I sold my collection years ago.. don't have them as ive started over. I have only been in canary islands though. I found most games in Playa Del Ingles'es shopping malls. The camera shops trying to fraud you (even serves you whiskey if you show interest hehehehe). Spain is awsome! Good trip image

    Just got back an hour ago... going to try to read up on what I missed out on the past couple of weeks.



    The trip was a blast, we saw SO much stuff. I have tons of pictures - I'll post the best ones tomorrow.

    No gaming stuff at all... (well, other than some stores that just looked like European versions of GameStop). As much as I wanted to look, it was almost completely off of my mind. We were literally running around all day, so it was hard to take a break and go look in places.

    WILLLLLLLLL NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I wish I had known you were going. I know of a secret place in Rome for brand new NES goodness (PAL). SHITTTT. i've been trying to find someone to go back to that store for years... I still have the address. It is the place where I initially bought a brand new uforia, which i later sold to mrmark.

    oh well, glad to see your trip was fun.
