I use to watch it for free on live streams when I had no TV but this is one of the only 2 events we pay as a group with my friends so like 5 bucks each. Hope its a good rumble. The last 3 rumbles have been alright. Wooooooo! Lol Thanks for the stream link.
I probably only have a couple of friends who would be down to split the costs of a PPV. Haha enjoy! I like watching the Raw streams, commercials from the UK are pretty sweet. Still put it on occasionally while i'm gaming and if anything especially sweet happens I'll pause and flip it on my television.
Also, just want you guys to know that the Hulk Hogan sex tape is going to be released.

Triple H promised that wrestle mania 30 would be the biggest wrestle mania in the history of WWE so I can't wait to see who returns. He also said 2014 will be the year of returns.
I would like to see Jake the Snake Roberts make a special appearence and give someone a DDT. My favourite wrestler. I could see Batista winning the Royal Rumble and face Randy Orton at Wrestlemania 30 but whos knows what will happen. Its like Evolution appearing back then the next thing you know Ric Flar will appear and start going WOOOO WOOOO! Hhahhaha Triple H will come in and they will all be smiling! I hope for an awesome Rumble.
My best memories of ADR involve Ricardo Rodriguez. If he went back to the Técnico style and put on a mask he would probably be one of my favourites. Maybe it's my love for S&M... but masks always make a wrestler a few points cooler. Plus Luchador wrestling is fast paced and exciting. I've always liked Sin Cara, especially new Hunico Sin Cara. I never though the original was bad, despite the botches, he just didn't mesh well with more traditionally trained wrestlers. Hunico seems to have gotten it down pretty well from the few Sin Cara matches he's done recently... though most of those have been with ADR who by all means know how to interpret the moves better coming from such training himself. I want more Luchador wrestlers... is that so much to ask? And midgets.

Watch Scooby and the gang grapple with solving this case before it's too late."
A story from the Million Dollar Man (Ted Dibiase) about the late, great Andre the Giant...(needless to say the mental visual made me laugh my ass off!)
"The funniest story is, we were going to Japan. It is a fourteen hour flight from Atlanta, or New York, or Dallas, just about anywhere, to Japan. Andre is sitting in first class, and Andre sitting in first class is like me sitting in coach now, you know, you're jammed in the seat, you're not comfortable. So, we get off the plane and now it's another hour into the city, we check into the hotel and we drop our bags and we are going to go get something to eat. So, I push the button on the elevator and there is Andre,
Dolph Ziggler has a concussion. I don't think he'll be well enough for the rumble. It's a shame.
And I've got to add, I'm really disappointed that they dropped the Heel Bryan angle. He's WAAAAY better as a heel. It's kind of sad that he's so over with the crowd.
Anybody active in this thread from MN besides BA and I? Mick Foley is signing autographs at Ridgedale Mall in late February. I already got my ticket and hopefully he'll sign his first-print autobiography for me.

Let me know when Curt Hennig is at Ridgedale signing autographs...

I haven't watched in years but I flipped through on Monday night and saw Billy Gunn wrestling?!? He looked pretty fat but the dude has got to be late 40s now at least, so maybe that's not too bad.
nWo and DX were always my favorite factions... almost enough to make me watch again. The wife hates wrestling more than anything else in the world though, so probably not going to happen.

Apparently he is being evaluated right before the PPV. It will defs be a last minute decision. I'm sure if doesn't fill a spot The Brooklyn Brawler will gladly take his place.

Yeah, New Age Outlaws have been guest appearing for the past few weeks as part of CM Punk's storyline. Rumor has it they're part of the bigger picture of CM Punk vs Triple H at Mania.
They might even pull the small moment from Raw about a month and a half ago where HHH throws Punk down to get to Orton, then Punk gets back up and attacks HHH then gets Sweet Chin music from Shawn Michaels.
Not too big a fan of the storylines these days, I feel like they're all kind of half cooked and I could come up with better ones. But I think that's what a lot of people feel. Armchair quarterbacks one and all.
this thread has been highjacked with too many people who don't watch or care about the product. Ashame. This is exactly why I hate talking wrestling with anyone. Its always the same. I used to watch, I don't like todays product, yada yada yada. I ain't gives no crap. I love wrestling. give me the bad give me the good, I love it all.

BTW. happy 30th to the Birth of Hulkamania!
So what do you think they will do with hogan now that they have a deal in place
Lets run through the roster and see who would be the best or most likely candidate opposite Hogan. It'll probably be against whoever wins the rumble to headline. So, who would be the most likely, or has the most momentum? Bryan has a match against Bray Wyatt, so probably not either of those two. Batista is heavily rumored to win the rumble, so perhaps Batista and Hogan....
There's a match between Cena and Orton for the belt. It seems like Cena got over on Orton this Raw, so opposite momentum would dictate that Orton will retain, leaving Cena freed up for a new storyline perhaps. CM Punk seems to be leading toward a HHH Mania. The Shield seem posed to break temporarily, perhaps during the rumble. But I don't think either of them have been in the WWE roster long enough to go up against Hogan.
Personally, if Hogan's going to Main Event Wrestlemania, popularity would go to Daniel Bryan, IWC would say Punk, Corporate would say Cena.
Getting off topic, I'm not too big a fan of Hogan these days. For the Main Event, I'd personally like to see another Punk/Lesnar match. And would very much like to see Punk get his first Main Event Wrestlemania. But that would also mean he would have to win the Rumble in the number one spot. It would also be awesome to see more Heyman/Punk storylines, especially after Kendo Stick/Hell in a Cell.
I'd also like to see Ziggler pushed more, if he's not concussed.
f*ck Batista. He can't wrestle his way out of a paper bag.
(Mick) Foley summed up my thoughts perfectly on the matter...
HEY WWE....WHAT THE F? Yes, I'm going to put a brick through my TV. It's just going to have to wait until tomorrow. I had every intention of putting a brick through my TV tonight, after seeing that Daniel Bryan was not even entered in the Royal Rumble match, let alone going to win the thing. But, upon seeing their dad with a brick in his hand, my younger children got a little bit scared, thinking their dad had lost his mind. A rather spirited debate about the wisdom of following through on the promise to put a brick through my TV ensued with my wife - and, as is usually the case in marital debates, I, being the husband, did not emerge victorious. Honestly, the points she made about mercury and glass fragments everywhere were pretty good ones. But I'm still going to put a brick through my TV. It's just going to have to wait until tomorrow - when the kids are in school, and I can take the TV outside the house for the actual throwing of the brick. Granted, it's not nearly as dramatic as doing it live, right after the Rumble, but at least I will be keeping my word. As I mentioned on Twitter, I've never felt so disgusted at the conclusion of a WWE (or any) PPV. Like many of you out there, I just don't get it. This Daniel Bryan thing is a phenomenon. You get it. I get it. The fans in Pittsburgh (yes, I was thinking of writing "RIGHT TH...but I'm just not in a cheap pop mood) got it. But tonight, for the first time, I had to admit to myself that the powers that be are just not going to get it. And that makes me sad. I'm just honestly sad, just flat out fucking sad (yes, I dropped an F-bomb there to emphasize how F'ing sad I am for the guys who bust their butts night in and night out - Ziggler, Punk, Bryan, etc - with no hope of getting their shot at this year's Mania. You know who else I'm sad for? Me. In my two years as an official WWE Ambassador, I never once had to lie about my enthusiasm for the company or the product. Now, although I am no longer officially an Ambassador for WWE (believe it or not, my only official role in WWE is as GM for Saturday Morning Slam, a contract that ends in one month) I was till looking forward to being part of the biggest event of the year. I'll probably end up going anyway. But I'm about 1/6th as excited about it as I was just a few hours ago. I wanted so badly to hear 75,000 WWE fans chanting "YES" - and seeing fans walk away absolutely ecstatic about the outcome of a PPV for the first time in a while...a long while. But when given the chance to make it happen (unless they've got something MAJOR up their sleeve) WWE's answer tonight was a resounding "NO, NO, NO".
