*******Paging Justabum********

I had a deal going on with him over a month and a half ago. I forked him a large sum of cash for some items and he dissapeared on me. He hasnt logged into NA for about a month now and im wondering if anyone can get ahold of him because i am definately worried. I dont think hes trying to shaft me or anything but i just dont know what happened to him

  • I had no response from Bryan either. Hate to say it, but I filed a PayPal claim to TRY and get my money back... I think what ever caused him to sell off his collection hit him pretty hard...
  • Yeah apparently he has fallen off the face of the Earth. I was going to buy some protective game holders from him but just went directly to the supplier instead...
  • Hey Jonebone do you have a link to the supplier I've been looking for some protective cases as well. Thanks in a advance.
  • I'd also be interested in the link for a supplier if you wouldn't mind posting it image

goodluck with your problem I don't know the other party so I can't add anything to the thread
  • I miss Justabum.
  • Thanks Mario it's appreciated.
  • Hopefully you guys are able to get your stuff sorted out. I always had great experiences dealing with the Bum.
  • I know me and Zzap are also still waiting for many expensive items. I don't think he has run away with the money, but is just having major life problems and may be afraid to come back because it has been so long.

    I miss him too image
  • yeah kinda sad to see such a nice guy go away like this. I'm sure he will make good. A very decent guy and he must be having a really bad time right now. I hope all is well with him.
  • It's sad to read this. I really hope that he is ok and that things will sort out for him.
  • I didn't know Bryan as well as you long-timers, but I did have some nice conversations with him over AIM. Cool guy, definately miss him, too. I got the games I ordered when I bought during his ebay-sell off.

Edit: If anyone decides to order boxes for their games, make sure you order the PET ones, and not the PVC ones.  The PVC boxes will ruin your games.

  • Yeah, I'm hoping he comes back. He's a great guy and I'd love to get my stuff, but above all that I hope he's ok.
  • Bryan is a great guy, and I used to speak to him on a daily basis. I really REALLY doubt he'd try to shaft anyone on this site. Whatever is going on, must be serious, and I wish him all the best or whatever, because he was a big part of this community and did a lot of good for everyone.

Bryan if you see this contact me! Miss ya bud.
  • Ya i bought protectors off of him on ebay about three days ago,but have had no contact from him, hope he is alright and i hope he ships my protectors as well cause i really would not want to put a claim in on him cause he is a really cool guy.
  • His eBay feedback suggests he's been sending out a few box protector lots and a few small items recently

Do you think  he sold those Silent Service carts one at a time, or in one giant lot?
  • He owes me some clear SNES cases. About $35 worth, but obviously he needs the money more than I need the cases.

Hope the bum is ok and hasn't forgotten how to wipe.

  • damn justabum is cool guy im sure he isnt trying to scam anyone

Now where have I heard that before... *coughhoundercough*

Seriously though, the 'Bum is one of the few guys I would have no worries about dealing with, although if you owe things to people, the least you could do is keep in contact with them so they know the situation.
  • I've dealt with Bum before, and hes definately not the type of person who would intentionally scam someone. I think he's probably dealing with alot right now. I hope everyone that needs stuff from him hears from him soon.

For a minute I thought it was going to read *coughnofriendocough*

  • I haven't been able to read to much postings lately, and the first one I read is this. I know Bum wouldn't scam anyone, he must be going through some very hard times. I hope hes alright, he has always been a good friend to me as well as many others on the forums.

    18. 5 3/8" x 1" x 7 3/8" (A7)

Acid-Free Plastic Card Boxes, also try using a clear stretch loop, 12CVL, with this item

    #FPB121

And those are the correct size for NES.
  • I dont think anyone has had much luck getting a hold of Bryan lately. He must be having some tough stuff going on. He could a least stop by and tell everyone what is up, he owes some people quite a bit of $$$ of stuff. Plus we know he is online cause he is on ebay. I hope he is ok though.. :-/
