    Sounds like he was just wasting your time so you could not file a claim with PayPal (which is what I am guessing you paid with) I believe that time frame is 45 days. You can also not leave feedback after 90 days as well... I think.

    Sounds like you are pretty boned, if your PayPal account is funded via a credit card, try calling your credit card company and start a chargeback on their side.
