3 1/2 inches and counting here in NH.. They say we're supposed to get 5 inches but at the rate it's falling I think we're getting more. How's the weather in other parts of the country?
It's WINDY AS HELL down here in Southern Maryland today. Like all I hear is the wind howling outside while I'm sitting here at my computer typing. And I'm about to run to the Post Office and gym so that should be "fun".
We have a wind advisory here in Chapel Hill, NC today and the temp is supposed to drop dramatically this afternoon. I wish we had snow! We're lucky to get a tenth of an inch a year, if any.
We definitely got some snow here, it's been in the 40's and 50's the last few days too. We probably have about 3 inches, so nothing big.
The thing is Dain, when you guys get snow, EVERYTHING shuts down. I lived in Virginia for about a year, and that one winter I was there it snowed like 3 times. Every time I still had to go to work, but every thing else was completely shut down.
^Why the hell would you want that?I'd rather live where you are and if I want snow just travel north a little.Don't get me wrong the snow is fun but alot of the time it's a hassle.
Windy on the coast right now. Sounds like gusts hitting in the 40s. I don't think it's hitting 50 yet, because when it does my chimney usually whistles.
I'm sure he wants snow because if they get just a light dusting, he probably won't have to go to work! No one does anything down there when a single flake falls from the sky.
Its a f'n blizzard right now just outside of Boston. Looks to be about 2" already and we're supposed to get around 7-8" by the end of the night. I'm sure getting a cab tonight is gonna be lots of fun...
In chicago we were getting tons of snow and it was freezing (negatives) for a few days, and then about 2 days ago it randomly became 60 degrees and started raining. Now we're back to snow.
we normally get maybe three inches a year... got three feet this year! Its finally melting though. Today its cold but above freezing
No doubt... since you only live 3 hours away I'm sure you are getting what we are getting... brutal some parts of WA state have over 65 inches of snow in December alone. BRUTAL... and not to mention that with the windchill it's been in the negative degrees for more that half the month. So much fun.

It was soo windy last night in TN, that my ceramic ashtray got blown over into my yard and broke..
Now I have sharp pieces and cigarettes all over yard.. 5 days after cleaning up the cigarettes that had been there for months..

Sounds like it's time to quit man!
Quitting stresses me out.. I'd rather smoke then deal with the withdrawals... At least today I would...
