I really like the design of this one. The pill bottle is a nice touch!

    Thats a cool item. What's inside the pill bottle if anything? Customs would probably rip that thing apart and throw it out.

    The auction description says candy of some sort. I'm curious what's on the video tape!

    I have one of these, and it actually appears to be fully complete minus the cart. These are most often missing the original letter or the "pillbox" topper.

    Wait, did this originally come with the game cartridge??? I was under the understanding that these were originally intended to have the cart (hence why it has the spot to put it), but didn't include the cart and that collectors simply added the game cart later to "complete" the package.

    Yes it originally came with the cart... I believe these were given to Gamestop managers.
