Its not really worth that much, you can get it cheaper. I just checked the auction and the winner bid 11 times and there was a small bidwar at the end there. Guess the winner really wanted this game
Dont know about any changes in the gfx, but the controllers are better in the Classics series. There are also some info screen or something between each level that shows the enemies or something like that

I think that is about the amount they usualy goes for on Ebay. The 280 SEK for a cart, i think you (i know you werent the seller this time, but generally speaking) should be quite lucky to get that amount again
Speaking of this game, my mom was cleaning out some old boxes today and in one of them there was actually a boxed version of this game lol. I totally forgotten about it
