  Very cool thread, I like your idea alot. You should post this same list on a few sites and relay all the results back to here. I am pretty sure that DreamTR has a full set of everything as well.

  The big 7 has about turned into the big 9 cause BB2 and FS2 is pretty much in the same boat anymore, but I do think there are more BB2 and FS2 than the other big 7 but they are still bringing in the big bucks.

  I would pretty much agree when your talking about complete but loose you can pretyy much find fs2 and bb2 on ebay all the time. then when talking about complete wow chubby cherub and a few others have low owned totals

  I personally think the "Big 7" should be expanded to the "Big 10" (by price). A CIB F2 or BB2, not to mention Chubby Cherub will fetch more than a Cheetahmen II or Caltron. My proposal for the new "Big 10":

  I have to say I do. I don't see how anyone can really fight with the Big 10 CIB List. I am just curious if it stays the big 10 or grows into 15 or maybe even 20 with time.

  I don't think Bubble Bobble 2 should be a "big" game. It's freaking dirt common compared to the other games we're talking about in this thread. If you're gonna list BB2 then you might as well list Bonk's Adventure, which is harder to find in my opinion....or even better just leave both out. My proposal is the big 9, which is all 10 games Dain listed, except BB2.

  OK, its easier to find than the others but we've pretty much seen that it will go for big bucks complete. More than a caltron I would say. If the criteria is by price, and I think it should be, then bb2 belongs there.

  I don't think the "big 10" is based solely on rarity.  They are the Top ten hardest to find, mst expensive, and most desired-all of these traits.  That being said, Dain's list is dead-on.

  When people talk about the "Big 7" aren't they really talking about price? Those are the games that many collectors never get, simply because they're too expensive. I would think BB2 would be on that list now, seeing as a CIB one almost fetched $500.

  actually if it was one sale I would disagree - but I auctioned one at 450, buyer was difficult so it didn't work out but then boom another buyer at 455. And a cart + manual for 345 or whatever. So its not just one sale, its three basically. Not just a fluke in other words (as you know, I'm just saying).
  
  
  
  It's really the only nes classic game from a classic franchise that's close to rare, hence the price.
