I got a pretty good 4$ deal.
picked up some stuff today and spent only 4 bucks total.

I have never seen these microsoft not to be sold stickers before, no clue if they are common or rare or just simply common on most titles and rare on a few titles.
Regardless I think this was 4$ well spent.

I mean even a pawn shop who doesn't know the value of this could estimate 15$ for the book and 5$ a game.

I've got a couple of these as well. We had a friend growing up who's uncle worked for Microsoft and would periodically send him games to check out. Don't know too much more than that I'm afraid.
As for the Microsoft stickers, in my experience there is no real price difference. They pop up pretty often in my local game stores. Maybe I'm missing something but they seem to go for the same value. Who knows, maybe down the road they will be collector's items.
Also Hyrule Historia is a very cool book.
