how to spot a fake GBA box /manual

i just got 4 gba games.. that are 100% unfolded and are "fresh" from the factory so it seems
but the manuals are really really thin and i'm not sure they are supposed to be like this

the games:
super mario advance 2
super mario advance 3
super mario advance 4
mario kart super circuit

can anyone confirm that the manuals of these games only contain like 6 pages?

if they are real.. is there any extra value in factory fresh gba games?

  • Sounds to me like you got some bootleg pirate games. Check the boxes, particularly the Seal Of Quality and/or ESRB rating part. I bet the text looks fuzzy. I'm betting you got some pirate (fake) boxes manuals and carts.
  • I can confirm that they're 6 or so pages of what seems to be random text/review from who knows where... probably IGN :-)

I bought some directly from a pirate outlet years back....

  • the games look very good tho.. i cant really spot anything wrong with them but its just my gut telling me these are strange

i'll post a photo in a few min
  • nvm photo's

    100% fake

openened up some real GBA games and the ones i bought.. no nintendo anywhere in the fake ones
  • real good looking fakes tho image
  • GBA has a REALLy big problem with this. The carts are easy to figure out upon closer inspection as the molding is different. I haven't got any boot GBA boxes myself, but I'd steer clear of anything new with an unfolded box.
  • yeah didn't expect them to come like this since they were normal on the photos ..

allready contacted the seller to refund me.. but its not ebay so i'm not expecting much image
