Sealed Tetris 2 (SNES)

I don't collect sealed games, but I saw this a few months ago on a trip to NYC, and it was too cheap to pass up. It was billed as factory sealed, and since I have no experience in this department, I thought I'd ask for some help. The corners are in great shape, but both the front and back are concave. Any thoughts?

    Now the question, do I open it, or run the risk of becoming a sealed-only junkie?!!?

    Looks legit to me. I have this same game sealed. I think it is one of the easier to find sealed snes games.

    Yeah, my local game store has about 10 of them sealed. I'm not sure if they can still order them from somewhere or not but they haven't always had them. They have numerous sealed SNES, GBC, and GBA games.
