Need help with Dragoon X Omega and splitting PRG and CHR

I'm trying to cart Dragoon X Omega but when I split the rom it splits into 64k PRG and 17k CHR. I've never had that happen with a split before. Could anyone explain why and maybe tell me how to get it down to 16k? I'm somewhat new at this. I'm using NES Mapper Reader.

Did you strip the header data out before splitting?

Try famirom for splitting and let me now how it does
