Need Help Fixing PAL Top Loader Mods

Hi guys,



Got a couple of PAL top loader mods done, one with a TRRS connector and the other with a Multi AV connector. They work fine except the picture has bad colour, I've attached a few photos. I was told that I may need to build a video amp and add it to the board, can anyone steer me in the right path?

    Did you try with RF before any mods as the pal toploader is a revised motherboard.

    yep it was working fine with the RF. I've been told to make it brighter I need to amplify the signal, but can't find anything on PAL top loaders

    You shouldn't as there is no need to amplify the signal.

    Hey Gio, you should probably talk to Holy-Snes about TL mods. I got one off him awhile ago (cuz I'm lazy ) and it works perfectly, very nice job as well.

    yeah ive spoken to him already, it's different to the way he does them and he isn't sure of my mod. From memory he built a little pcb, but I like this mod coz its directly to the board. If I can work out how to amplify the video signal then all should be good, thanks.
