Hey, names Jae! I like to play video games and write about 'em!
What's up, my name's Jae, I live in North Carolina, I love puppies and hate mean things.
When I was about 11 I put my NES and Genesis up in the closet cause I was totaly an adult now and stuff. When I was 12 I took them back down and began collecting and playing games. My main interest was NES, but also had SNES, Dreamcast, N64, Saturn, and a ton of other stuff. I kept collecting until after grad school, when I couldn't find a job and thus had to sell of the bulk of my collection (keeping most of my SNES and a core of about 50 NES games, and various sundry others). A few years later, with gainful employment - knock on wood - and a beautiful wife that mostly turns a blind eye (and sometimes encourages!) my collecting habits, I'm back to the thrill of the hunt!
Currently, I'm writing a blog about my "re-collecting", Now You're Re-playing with Power, over on tumblr at weaponjae.tumblr.com. I'd really love to move the blog to a better platform, but I don't nothin' 'bout no fancy internets. Anyways, if anyone would like to check it out, feel free, and thanks for lookin'!
