multicart question

Hello. I hope its ok to ask questions about these multicarts. I have one I'm trying to buy (just waiting to hear from the seller). Its this one:

I'm mostly wanting it because I'm into older arcade games that I can't find on the NES anywhere else like Mappy, Galaxian, Pooyan.

So, I have FCE Ultra and the rom for this cart, just to try it out. However, many of the games don't seem to run. Just a blank screen or garbled graphics. I downloaded another emulator and another rom from another location and get the same thing.

My question is: Is this an emulator/rom issue or should I expect that this will happen with the cart as well that some games won't work? I have a top loader and a toaster but am I correct to assume that the cart won't work on the toaster if the lockout chip is in place?

    You have a emulator thing going on. However I have noticed playing multicarts SOME OF THE GAMES WON'T BE 100%. You will see part of the level in front of you behind you and such. SOME WILL PLAY FINE

    I like this multicart a lot, I have yet to find a better one. 93 unique famicom classics.

    I have it, but never got a working converter...so I still have yet to do it. I would like honeybee sometime soon.

    Weird. So I could be sitting in front of my tv, turn around, and part of the games level is behind me?? Holy crap, thats some real freaky stuff image

    youll see what Im talking about when you play some of thse games. I Tried to play Mario Bros. 1 (of course it was called something else) and it didn't look right.

    If your talking about the Super Mario 1 hack where the level is like appears halfway up the screen then its not a screwed up game or glitch. The game is supposed to be like that, i have come across many games have that specific Mario on it and do that very thing.
