Those Madballs are awesome, looks like you got at least $100 of them right there

  • Are the newer ones worth that much? I paid $1 a piece so I know I did fine but am having trouble valuing them. Will sell as a lot of 8.
  • Oh I couldnt tell by the pic if they were newer. I know the older ones go for 15-20 a piece.
  • wow rc car sold for $75 untested. Paid $2

  • Royal 80K calculator with soft case $0.95

An Anthology of the Golf Ball book with golf ball replicas inside, pretty cool and in nice shape to boot - $3.81

  • Picked up this 1978 Ibanez Studio 300 today in Portland, it's pretty neat.

Was it a gas powered one? I found one of those in the woods by my house and posted it on a hobbyist forum for more information and a guy ended up buying it off me for $150. They are apparently very expensive.
  • Bettery, theres a pic of it in my pics above if you want to see it.
  • ...I saw some of those madballs at a garage sale two weeks ago but I did not know what they were! I did not buy them
  • I don't collect Laserdiscs, but at $1.50 a piece, I couldn't pass these up. To my untrained eye, the discs look minty and well taken care of.

  • This is hearsay but the Laserdisc Star Wars movies are the best quality you can see the original movies in before Lucas started to ruin them.
  • Went to a Thrift store today and got a little lot. So I found this lil gal in a box full of toys along with these still sealed Legos. The figure of the girl is from a game called Shining Hearts, a Sega made game. I don't think it was released in USA. Her name is Mistral, the leader of a Pirate Ship. She's in perfect condition, still having some of the plastic on her. The lego bags where found between two boxes of toys along with the booklet. Also got a Gundam figure and a Digimon figure! I'm pretty happy today~ Only paid about 4$ for it all.

  • got these for 25$ a piece and someone just sold on ebay for 125$ ! these can go as high as 500$ !
  • Thankfully I have never seen the chairs (otherwise I would have violently slapped my forehead)

I found this for $4 at a yard sale. I am 27 now and I think I was 5, that Christmas my parents bought this for me. I picked it up without hesitation. Included duracell brand batteries, probably worth $4 in themselves.

The tapes themselves are worth at least $10 each. Some of them sell at auction for up to $30, maybe more!
  • I got this earlier in June but never posted it here. A user on Ebay created a custom Tunneler and Leech Woman 1/1 for me. The Tunneler is excellent while the Leech Woman was kinda hit and miss. Paint application is poor. But they look good nonetheless, and I only paid $280.

Found this at a thrift store. Unopened but little slip on the side (you can't see inside). Seems pretty rare Google doesn't turn up much information about it.

    Paas Glitter Mario Paint.
  • ^^^ Thats awesome

1978 Batman pez. Pretty rare. fifty cents at thrift. Should sell for around $70.

  • Finally found the top dog Wega I've been after at a thrift today!

Sony FD Trinitron Wega XBR 34" Widescreen HDTV (HDMI)

Came with 2 remotes and all the original paperwork, manuals, etc. They wouldn't come off the $100 pricetag, but I tested it and it works perfect and looks amazing. Check out the original sale price. Insane!!

Such a beautiful TV. I've been on the look out for one of these for awhile now as well. Congrats man!

  • Just got 8 Betamax tapes today for $.50 a piece(already had Star Wars). For those of you who don't know, Betamax was a video format developed by Sony in the late 70's. However due to it's high price, short tape limit(max 3 hours, VHS max=8 hours), and availability, it ultimatley lost to VHS. Now a days, most WORKING Betamax equipment can fetch prices between $20 to $100, tops. Tapes are worth maybe $1 to $2 each. I wouldn't recomend selling them on eBay though, as while there is a market, it's very, very small.
  • Another great score, got a Seeburg Skyline CD Jukebox (1990-91) for $50 at the thrift store this weekend. It lights up now, but I am working on getting the sony CD changer door to open so I can test it with some music.

  • Cherry Crush! This is the first time I've seen this stuff for over a year and a half. You can't buy it at any grocery stores, you have to go to very specific convenience stores and of course they mark it up.

Yes I opened it. I'll keep the box for now, but will look for an upgrade later. Didn't include the instruction manual though.
  • This afternoon my friends & I talked about restarting our Pathfinder group after a year long hiatus. A few hours later I found a big pile of Pathfinder splatbooks at the local Savers. Talk about timely coincidence! I grabbed every splatbook I currently didn't already own and brought them up to the register. The cashier rung up each splatbook as a magazine, I paid $2 for what would normally go for $80 at a local game store!

  • Got a pretty killer score on Wednesday. This entire bundle of guitar effects pedals cost me $310. The pedal in the middle, the Uni-Vibe, is the Stadium Events of effects pedals. I need to make a foot controller for it, but they sell for around $1,500 in working condition. The lot is probably worth around $2,500.

  • Grest week, brought home another deal.

Got this 2006 Polaris Predator 500 police seizure at the local sheriff's youth ranch thrift store. It was $600 but I used my 25% punch card and picked it up for $450 tax free. Recently saw a more abused 2005 at the local Polaris dealer for $3995.

It doesn't have keys and sat for awhile, so I'm gonna drain and clean the fuel system and rebuild the carb if needed and go ahead and service it and check over the vitals. Everything looks low hours and engine turns over, so should be easy to get going.
  • This arrived today in the mail, an iScan Pro video processor. I've kept a watch on eBay for about a year looking for a cheap iScan Pro. This particular model doesn't show up on eBay very often and when it does, it's usually overpriced BINs. When I saw one pop up at auction, I threw a max bid in and won at $31 shipped which is a bargain. This video processor isn't as good as a Framemeister, but if I pair it with a scart to component transcoder, it'll give my HDTV a near RGB feed from my RGB capable consoles.

  • Found this really nice Penn 5500 SS fishing reel at Goodwill, looks like it was never even used. They had small spools of fishing line for sale as well....original price stickers of $3.80 were on them and they marked them at $2.99, lol. Yet right next to the fishing line was this reel for $3.99, go figure! So I picked up the reel and left the spools of line:

Found these Pokemon Welch glasses at Salvation Army, $0.79 each....not too shabby. A shame I didn't find any others:
