    Looks like one of the "many" different caps Nintendo did back in 89', there were many different styles of Zelda, Punchout, and Mario Caps. There was a company that posted adverts in magazines selling several different styles I remember they had some generic company name like "universal" or something like that anyways. Have no idea a value but I know your looking for someone that likes punchout

    I don't know the real price but if I saw it somewhere I'd pay in the $30-$35 range for it.

    I seen a punch out trucker hat the same as that but in a different colour on ebay not to long ago. It was listed as a $17 BIN but I don't know if it sold, and it had what would appear to be a sweat stain on it.
