Gex 3 N64 - Is It Legit Seal? What's It Worth In This Shape?

I know even if this is a legit seal on this game that it won't be fetching a premium with this kind of wear, but I'm wondering if it really is factory sealed or if this is a reseal and what I can expect to get from it if it's legit.

    [edit: actually, after looking a bit harder, I guess $20 or so is the CIB price. Never mind...]

    If CIB is $20, I'd try to get $40-$50. I'd think you could double CIB price for a sealed copy. It's not dead mint but it looks nice enough.
