Phantasy Star II Sega Genesis Sealed with Hint Book

Picked up this sealed Phantasy Star II with hint book in a huge lot I purchased locally, it's the only sealed item I got. I don't know a lot about Sega stuff because I don't actively look for it. Was going to post on segaage but I don't have an account and they get less traffic. The rip on the side really sucks, anybody have an idea on value in this condition?

    There was a 80-graded one that sold a few years ago for around $400.

    I've never seen a PSII hint book that nice. They are always trashed. A new condition one would probably be $50 on its own.

    So that is what the hint book looks like. I always wondered how it fit inside the case. Apparently by not being inside =)

    I remember I traded my entire first gen. gameboy and 2 games to get the $70 to buy this new. I can still remember the moment my dad placed this brick of a game (it was so heavy for the time) in my hands. Great find and I agree with the prices given here.
