Sealed Legends Of Zelda Majora's Mask N64
I purchased an item last week off eBay it was a MINT I mean a GEM, it arrives today and the corner is bent and there is a kink I am looking for two things. I can take any photo you want to see, I mean this thing would have been a 95+ honest to god.
A. Is this still worth sending in to VGA? The only two real flaws I can see are these but if it doesnt hit a 90 I wont send it.
B. What is something like this worth in its current condition? I HAVE RECEIPT FROM WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED and picked up two days early.
Thank you, I am so frustrated I mean I can send it back still but if it is worth something I will keep it talk about the worst luck with UPS, but to be honest I think he packaged it wrong..
ALL PHOTOS IN PHOTOBUCKET THEY ARE TOO LARGE.

It might score an 85 if your lucky it looks to have lots of wear on the corners and some damage. If you bought it off ebay ask the seller if you can return it.
I think I will do this, I tried to take as detailed photos as possible. Yeah it sadly isnt worth sending in then for sure.
Thank you!

How did he package it, do you have before pics from eBay? If the pics don't match what the seller posted due to packing, send that sucker back.
I do, I mean he siad hed take it back but it was just the fact FIRST he tried to get quotes from people after he accepted my offer I mean some real shady plays I was watching on Sealed Game Heaven and noticed it randomly in new posts.
I will close it meow, Thank you for input sorry if this was useless
In the end it it was really shitty either way because I could have had a 95-95+ MM N64

Well he used cardboard inside, granted with memory foam but it looked like he forced it in and the corner got caught then maybe when he was closing it got kinked? I mean the photos he sent before showed NO damage, there was no bubble wrap at all
Good luck.

It wasn't a 95+ if that makes you feel any better. Even Gem Mint case fresh is just usually 90+ to 95, you may be lucky to find one 95+ in multiple cases.
You can never accurately judge a game's condition just based on pics, you need it in hand. You can make educated guesses sure, but even if it looks "GEM MINT" in photos, you probably shouldn't expect anymore than 90-90+, and they can often come in 85+ shape depending on surface wear that doesn't photograph well.

Very true, This makes me feel alot better I think it was more of the fact I thought I found my first REAL gem if that makes sense I am sure all of us have had that moment where you found yours. Oh well there is aways more fish in the sea ^_^.
He is trying to tell me he will not refund but we need to file claim through UPS, should I start an ebay case?
