I found one that sold in 2011 sold as a BIN for $29.99 and one sold in 2013 in an open auction for $21. I think you could pretty easily ask $30+ for it and you'd find a buyer pretty quickly.

And I found 4 sealed yo-yo's sold over the last few years but no loose ones. The prices ranged from $30-$70 for the unopened ones.
