What a rare game is worth?

I know hard to find games. Comes and goes thru years. I like to know what they are really worth in general. For example:. I pick up a copy of Captain Novolin for Super Nintendo at flea market couple months ago or longer. I brought it with me to Rertopalooza 2014. To show people it. Lot of them where amaze and surprize I found it. They where shock when I told them I paid only ten dollars. I talk to Christan. He suggest asking on the forum. So i'm asking about what the worth is in general for Captain Novolin? It's not one with the doctor sleeve. Yes it is still factory sealed. I posted pictures also.

    This game is rarer open than sealed, cib is almost right on par with sealed infact a mint complete is more than likely worth more than one sealed in rough shape .

    I've got one as well. It's an uncommon game, but it's not worth near what a copy is with the outer sleeve. Just do a quick ebay search. There are a few listed that haven't sold. 



    The previous poster is right. I've seen nice opened copies go for as much as sealed copies in not so great shape (like mine and yours). Certainly don't open yours, though.

    Yeah it's in the 150-200$ range or thereabouts.
