Does anyone have this cart?

I bought this multicart on ebay a while ago assuming it was a rare find. Has anyone seen it before. I think its a PAL version because it gets scrambled on my system: also it contains some european exclusive games. It is an upside down label version.

    It's a multi-cart not legit...no one really knows how many are made...because things like this get made off and on...if you know the right channel you can pick them up for $20 shipped

    Are most of these pirated carts original (80's and 90's) or are some of them reproductions are homebrew hacks?

    most just have regular games on them and could actually be made at any time...i think some of these are still produced today
