Question about Feedback

I have 10 transactions, all of which have positive feedback, but for some reason I'm still considered a Bronze Medal member. I have perfect feedback, so what's going on? If anyone could help to explain what's wrong, it would be greatly appreciated. It's very possible that I just don't understand this site too well.
