can you buy any or what specific rgb cable for the ntsc gamecube would you need, theres 11.00 rgb cables out there and it would work great with a device like the framemiester??? definitly a cheap alternative for better picture quality.

NTSC gamecubes don't have RGB output.

Your only option for better video quality on a NTSC cable is the Component Cablesz

If you have the component cable you can mod it to output rgb,only other option is to get a pal gamecube which outputs rgb out of the box.
