    I have delt with this guy before. Last month he had a bunch of games that he was saying brand new using pics from google or other sites. He even used a pic from someone game on here. I purchased something from him the last time also never got the item and left him negative feedback and it looks like he had it removed. The guy is a scammer just read the description. This guy needs reported. I just googled the game and the pics are from http://www.videogameauctions.com

    Also if you look under the description, he specifically says he won't give the serial number, it's the part in ALL CAPS that sounds like it was written by a 2 year old

    I could do it with my real acount and if I win pay for it. It is money back guarantee from ebay and I can get more then ebey involved since it is more then $1,000. He wouldn't be scamming anymore.

    I know its not the right thing to do but he wronged me last time he did this crap and he is still selling and lieing. I just want to get his panties a little wet when he see's the price on it.

    I like how on his listing of Surprise at Dino Peak, he doesn't even have ANY pics up of the game itself. Just the cover art. Are actual people (not gag bids) falling for that one without any questioning to the guy?

    That's not exactly what's going on though. Punishment isn't a wrong or else criminals would all be free. Shilling his auction up falls more under karma and "just desserts" than a wrong as it harms no one really but shows a scammer that he isn't the only one who knows how to play the game.

    Someone could see that 10k bid and think it's the real thing (because someone else bid on it), then throw in a bid of their own. It would still be their own fault for not researching, but a high money bid does lend the whole thing credibility.
