yes, I've used them many many times. Probably have a good 20 orders with him over the last 6 years. The guy is slow at making games and seems to be getting slower (takes about 2 months per order currently). But he makes great games - very high quality.
He's a member here. Necrosaro420 (something like that). Doesn't frequent much here, but he responds pretty quickly to emails from his website usually.
In your situation, I'd shoot him a question from his website. He uses some weird payment sources due to having issues with paypal, so that might be part of it.
Gamereproductions take forever. Leon at NESreproductions is cheap, but you have to ship donors to Canada. Skip all that junk and buy from Bishop Bros. Go with savepointvg or ocdreproductions if you're looking for snes (does Bishop Bros do snes?). No offense to gamereproductions, but there's no reason to buy from them these days. They are relatively slow and not relatively inexpensive. Quality is fine (the games play) but nothing to get excited about and not as good label quality as savepoint and ocd.
