What about getting an entire tubular cam lock replacement setup from a hardware store? That's what I did for my Exertainment 9xs bike.

as stated above. A new cylinder and set of keys will be cheaper then $25 and they arent proprietary keys or anything Nintendo branded.

Have an original set of keys from my kiosks. If Lowes has the correct blanks I can have one made up for you.
