    What makes this a prototype for the NTSC version?



    The game was released in PAL version and title screen says rainbow arts GmbH which is a german company.. so idk?

    The CIC chip si NTSC:

    6113B1



    PAL would have an entirely different chip.  There are a few of these floating around, though super cool regardless.

    Man, some seriously cool items that guy has been selling! Nice username btw too. Pretty cool it was slated for an NTSC release by Seika. Would love to own this, but a bit out of my price range.  I guess I'll have to make due with my PAL copy for now...

    Probably a typo because the game was made by a German. In german, you can write "Menü" or "Menue", depending on whether you can use the "Umlaut" (The two dots over the U) or not.

    I'm pretty sure the dude is paying for them.  The dude is saving me cash I suppose lol, but he keeps kicking my ass.
