People who misrepresent condition descriptions on ebay should be made to pay a fine! This really irks me. Its the single f'in thing that pisses me off with ebay. They could at least say something in the description about the missing end!

There is no missing end... Cirellio pointed out above that it is just a black twist tie around the wire. The plug is most likely there it is just behind the controller and can not be seen.
