Nintendo NMI Mario Promo Leather/Wood Neverending Story "Book"

So I found out the meeting was held in 1999, in Orlando, FL at Disneyworld. It was a national meeting for the NMI division of Nintendo, and attendees of the meeting received the book. Definitely rare!
So I got this recently from a former Nintendo employee. The history provided to me is that it was handed out at a NMI meeting in Orlando, FL, circa 2000. The theme of the meeting was "The Neverending Story" and this was a gift from the merchandising division.
This "book" is a high quality leather with high grade wood. For size, it almost fits an SNES VGA game perfectly, but I put a GB VGA game in it for illustration. Any ideas what you think it could be worth?
