This guy has been unloading some awesome titles, not too many look vga worthy though.
Yeah, I've been watching a lot of his stuff and he had this up for a BIN of $6500 I think so it will be cool to see if it gets anywhere near there.

There was some talk in the day that the title was never actually distributed and that some sealed stock was found and sold but there was never any proof either way as far as I could tell. I'm guessing it probably did get distributed just in a very limited fashion like the bike. Anyone hear anything about this? I'm digging up like a 12 year old rumour here.

Pretty much what I know about it also. I think I read that on Digital Press. I remember seeing carts going for $150 - $250. Then this one account had several sealed copies starting at $500 ea.
Yeah I would be surprised if this went for anything over $3k, but who knows. I'd grade it lower than that 85.

Oh yeah lots o drama rama there.
A Nintendo employee bought a large stash of them at the Nintendo garage sale. He was calling me on the phone during the sale asking me what to buy during the auction portion. The employee was later fired for selling this stuff. He accused another DP collector of ratting him out and said messages between him and a specific collector were used as evidence against him. He was fired for conduct unbecoming of a Nintendo employee. The collector denied having anything to do with it basically saying that why would I want to have him fired when he was selling me this stuff. In truth this employee would make a horrible spy if he wasnt supposed to be selling this stuff. He had a website set up with the items he had for sale.
Someone then called the company that produced the game and claimed that the company sttill had several copies of this game for sale. Making it a released game to some but a not sold in stores title for others.
