Rodea the Sky Soldier for Wii, Wii U and 3DS
Is anyone else looking forward to playing this? It is already out in Japan and PAL and NTSC-U versions should be released by the end of September.
I believe the first print versions will have the unreleased Wii version of the game packed in with its own case/manual etc. Pre-orders are now being taken.

Can't wait to get it in the mail next week!
Guys play the Wii version, it's the superior version out there. I've been playing it and let me say that this game is great in many aspects, it's like playing Sonic, NiGHTS Intro Dreams and Sin and Punishment at the same time. The voice acting is not the best but definitely not the worst. I tried the Wii U version and didn't like it that much, it has washed out colors and textures, has this weird filter on it and the controls aren't great not to mention that both the 3DS and Wii U version have performance issues.
I said almost the same thing about the control scheme in another thread about this game, how it is a cross between Sin and Punishment and Nights. I also noticed the weird filter that you speak of on Wii U and tried to ignore it but I can't. I haven't played the Wii version yet but I believe you when you say that it's better.

Give the Wii version a try, I can say that it has more stuff like faster enemies and more obstacles so it can get a like challengeing AND there is no flight meter like on the Wii U version so on the Wii version if you can point at the location you want to go then you'll definitely get there no problem.
It's quickly becoming my second favorite game on the console, right after Xenoblade Chronicles. It's insanely good.
